I was first introduced to the business of tea in 1983. Tea has fascinated me since. I jumped right into the tea business with the intention of being part of the best in class.
I have been so very proud to have been charged with bottom-line responabiliTEA for establishing new tea products under several national and regional brands. I have truly enjoyed this business. Developing concepts that moved into projects through production and then onto the retail shelf.
Blending each on the bench based on specific requests for taste, color, and or functionality and of course occasionally cost then scaling up into production.
I have a solid record of accomplishments backed up by a solid reputation for getting things done.
I'm also proud to be a 2023 Certified (ICF) professional business coach.
For our internationally positioned associates, I'm certified to teach business English communication techniques related to the tea and beverage industries for international suppliers.

I have enjoyed developing and supporting the commercialization of new tea products about once a month for about 40 years. Many are still in the market through 2024. I have extensive development, start-up, and scale-up experience.
Former Development Leader, GM, and Board Member of Beverage House Inc. (A custom tea blending and private label liquid tea supplier.) 1984-2014. Beverage House was sold to Doehler in 2014.
Former "Minister of Infusions" (Development Department Senior Manager) at The Republic of Tea from 2015-2024. A great company.
