I have either been directly involved, managed, or supported most aspects of the business of tea.
From the tea estate factory floor through the board room, I have enjoyed my 80,000 + working hours (40 years, and many 40+ hour weeks) specifically focusing on the business of tea.
My career focus has been on unique tea product development, tea process, development, or tea package development. Along with supporting sales and marketing which pave the path of each new, reformulated or repositioned tea product.

I have had four decades of in-the-cup, glass, or bottle experience. Real-time, on-the-line experience and directly responsible for hundreds of new products across the tea spectrum in the traditional retail tea market, food service tea market, and specialty tea markets.
